Opening for CEO

The Candidates should be B.E. (Electrical) with minimum of 15-20 yrs. experience in transformer manufacturing industry with a proven capability to handle the technical specifications and range of transformers 63 KVA to 25 MVA with 33 KV class .Candididate will be Incharge of all Departments which entails a key role in Networking, specification studies , client requirements , Drawing , Standards, Inspection and Testing. Undertake feasibility evaluation for new business areas to assess technical, cost, and manpower resource requirements, also study market potential of new businesses.

Should be able to build existing and new business relationships, and partners/ agents in order to keep abreast of latest market trends/competition; and seize business opportunities. Should Participate in final presentations/negotiations with top management of client companies; Lead new tenders in the similar field.

This position call for the fluent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate found suitable for the position will be compensated best in comparison with this concerned industry.
